Private Track Rentals

Host Your Private Event at The Legendary Great Lakes Dragaway!

Private event track rentals are available day hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Piggyback Events are those to be held within or alternating with the primary event of the date chosen.

Track Rentals are designed for inviting or sponsoring an outing for your friends, clients, employees, or for corporate / manufacturer use, testing etc...

Track Rentals are NOT for open public invitation and sales of tickets and/or services provided by GLD.         

For this type event, please stop and see Randy in person.

Usual rental periods are from 11am to 4:30pm.  Gates will be open at 10 so you can set up.   Event includes use of the drag strip & timing equipment, the track & tower personnel required to operate the dragstrip, staffed ambulance & EMTs, General Liability insurance, Tech/Fuel and GLD General Store open for your convenience.

Fees are based on the number of cars/racers you have in attendance on your event day.

For hourly rate rentals, photo shoots, or events needing fewer services, schedule a meeting with Randy or Claire    262-878-3783.

Up to 20  Drivers/Vehicles                                $2000.

21 to   30                                                  $2500.

31 to  40                                                   $3000.

41 to 50                                                    $4000.

51 to 60                                                    $5000.                                                                                                                                                         
To reserve a date, A deposit is REQUIRED at the time the date is mutually accepted.

* * Please note prices quoted are cash price. Card payments will have a convenience fee added.

Small Rentals UP TO 30: Concession Open + $100.  

Please advise if you need Food Concessions open on your date.  

Helmet Rental is Available at the GLD General Store.

Spectators, Sponsors, Photographers are by Organizer’s invitation only.  At 5pm the Track opens to the public.
